The Cost

What are you wlling to let go of for your freedom? Just know that it ain't free. There's a cost you must pay. Gaining freedom requires you to be striped down naked and exposed. You might have to quit your job. You might have to end your relationship. You might even have to go through a season where you don't have a dime to your name. If you really want it, the universe will send you what you need to get it. However, you must remember that to get there it is a process. One that will take you through a set of experiences that will make you uncomfortable.

When we get comfortable, we stop growing. A seed can only grow in the darkness and under the weight of the earth. A diamond only comes after being put under pressure. On Lauryn Hill's Unplugged album, she said "Anything that isn't growing is dead". When we decide to stay in these comfortable places, whether it be that job or that relationship, we are choosing death. Not death in the literal sense, but death to the highest level of ourselves. You can chose to live at 80% and be comfortable, or live the highest expression of God's plan for you and be at 100%. The universe gives us a choice. Both roads can and will work, one just requires more from you. You must have the faith to believe that the universe can and will bend itself to your will. Speak words of positivity as you set forth on a new journey toward your freedom.

Have a plan, take the leap, and fly to find your joy. It's going to cost you, but in the end, it'll be worth it. Fire is an element that not only burns and destroys, but it clears the way for renewal. It purifies and cleanses, but it hurts. Be willing to go through the fire, find your way out, and be renewed.
